6. Course Access and Duration

  • • Course access begins immediately upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation.
  • • Standard courses provide 12 months of access from enrollment date unless otherwise specified.
  • • Access may be extended for additional fees upon request before expiration.
  • • Course content may be updated during your access period to reflect industry changes.

7. Academic Integrity

  • • Certificates do not constitute formal academic credentials or professional licenses.
  • • Certificate revocation may occur if violations of these terms are discovered post-issuance.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • • Courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • • We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or salary increases.
  • • Technical issues, including platform downtime or content access problems, may occur occasionally.
  • • Our liability is limited to the course fees paid by the student for the affected course.
  • • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course use.
  • • Students assume all risks associated with implementing techniques learned in courses.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • • Any disputes should first be addressed through direct communication with our support team.
  • • If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
  • • Arbitration may be required if mediation does not resolve the dispute within 60 days.
  • • These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict of law principles.
  • • Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Singapore courts.

11. Termination

  • • Certain provisions including intellectual property rights and disclaimers survive termination.
  • • Terminated students may be prohibited from future enrollment at our discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

  • • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in services or legal requirements.

13. General Provisions
